Offer
Implementation
We will complete a full assessment on your company's financial needs and implement QuickBooks Online with any related applications. Upon completion, you have the option to continue with our monthly service or purchase a training packing to have your staff trained.
General Bookkeeping
We record all of your business-related transactions using a real-time bank feed. Complete weekly reconciliations, and maintain your Chart of Accounts.
Budgeting and Forecasting
We help you find places to cut costs within your budget and forecast for the future to make your company more profitable.
Financial Reporting Statements
We provide month-end financial reporting within five business days of the close of the month. This will include, but not limited to: monthly balance sheet and monthly profit and loss statement. Also, we are able to create customized reports to fit your financial needs.
Full-Cycle Accounting
We offer a service referred to as the standard business cycle, including tasks such as: accounts receivable, accounts payable, general bookkeeping, reporting, payroll, month closing, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Our Story
Kristen's passion for finances comes from watching her Father's successful career as CFO of a leading retail store. Her sister also followed suite, so naturally she progressed her career in accounting and has spent the last decade as a lead accountant for a local company. Kristen's accounting education comes from ASU where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at W.P. Carey School of Business. Her decision to move from corporate America comes from her passion to help business owners fully understand their numbers to cut cost and allocate their revenue to further grow their business.
Who We Are
KC Accounting was formed to help the self-employed and small business owners free up their time and unload non-revenue generating task from their very busy schedules. Our clients tell us that after a long day on the job they still have to head home and work on their financials so they can stay fiscally healthy and keep their business running smoothly. It is a very important part of running a successful business but it is not their specialty, and it takes away a lot of time they want to spend with their families.

We are not just bookkeepers but rather accounting consultants that partner with our clients to help achieve goals.
